Monday was Pajama Day, and the turnout was incredible! There were so many students dressed down in their best, while still dress-code compliant, pjs!
Tuesday was Twin Day, and there were so many who participated in this too! So many students were dressed alike to one another, it was sure to have you seeing double! There were even two girls in Things 1 and 2 outfits!
Wednesday was Wacky Tacky Day, and there were many brightly colored tights, along with legwarmers and high ponytails, mismatched shirts, as well as socks.
Thursday was Character Day, there were so many Disney, Marvel, DC and television show characters seen here at Overhills. One group even coordinated their costumes to be the cast of The Wizard of Oz, sans Dorothy.
The week closed out on Friday with Jag Day, and students were encouraged to wear colors that correlated to their grade level. Freshmen wore gray, sophomores; white, juniors; black, seniors; blue. We were on an early release schedule, and at 12:25 students were released to the football field or other areas of campus to watch or participate in field day activities. Spring 2015 Spirit Week, as always, was a fantastic success.
